At Shilpikar, every piece of jewellery is crafted and curated with care. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, you experience an issue with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.

You received a defective item.

You received the wrong product.

The product is missing items or accessories (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

The product should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Customized or personalized jewellery.

Gift cards or promotional items.
-
Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
If the return request is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Shilpikar will arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
If the return is requested for any reason not covered under this policy, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, and any other service fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return only if it meets the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

Take photographs before opening the package.

Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect the approval of your claim.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged products.

Defective products.

Incorrect items delivered.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish caused by screen settings or handcrafted manufacturing.

Normal wear and tear after use.

Requests made after the return window has expired.
